Yogini Linsey is an E-RYT 500 YACEP called to teach yoga after it helped anchor her anxiety and heal her body. She teaches trauma-sensitive yoga to women with PTSD and upwards, even those who have escaped sex trafficking. She teaches workshops around the U.S., coaches a 200 hour yoga program and studies for her 1000 hour designation. Beyond yoga, she is an active philanthropist with a background in journalism, tv, and print. Her classes will challenge you to tap into potential you’ve long forgotten, and push yourself to your limits without punishing yourself!
