Linsey Birusingh

I am an E-RYT 500 YACEP called to teach yoga after it helped anchor my anxiety and heal my body. I enjoy all kinds of yoga, and have specialized in trauma-sensitive for women with everything from PTSD to histories of sex-trafficking since 2015. I also specialize in:

I teach workshops around the world and coach 500 and 200 hour yoga programs in the U.S. and Europe. Always a student, I am pursuing my 1000 hour RYT yoga certification through Yoga Medicine.
