About Linsey

Linsey Birusingh 500 E-RYT YACEP

I was called to teach yoga after it helped anchor my anxiety and heal my body. I’ve completed two different 500 hour yoga programs, am a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist and certified in trauma-sensitive yoga. I now coach 500 and 200 hour yoga programs in the U.S. and Europe. I teach all kinds of yoga, including trauma-sensitive yoga to women with PTSD to histories of sex trafficking, public classes at Power Life and one-on-ones with private clients. Always a student, I am pursuing my 1000 hour RYT yoga certification. My past work in journalism, women’s studies, sexuality and religion gives unique context to my yoga journey and teachings. I hope to connect with you on your yoga path soon!
